Independent
legal advice

For your safety, you will receive independent advice from a specialist solicitor. They act entirely on your behalf to verify you understand the plan and its long-term implications before you sign anything.

Release
of funds

Once approved, the tax-free funds are released. You can choose to take a single lump sum or set up a flexible drawdown facility, giving you control to access capital only when you need it.
